Our return policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange after this period, and personalized orders are non-returnable.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of delivery for any reason. Any damage reported after 24 hours of delivery will be considered as damage caused by the product's use. Manufacturing defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to be considered for a free return. Products damaged through use are not eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the received item is damaged, incorrect, or broken. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

The Leather Farm reserves the right to refuse returns for products not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

We specialize in handcrafted leather goods, and slight variations such as 5-10% color difference, fitting issues, different buckles, thread color variations, and occasional uneven cuts are part of the craftsmanship. Such variations are not considered manufacturing defects, and free returns are not offered for these reasons.

Leather butterfly chairs require basic assembly, and issues arising from assembly are not eligible for free return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect. Ensure you have adequate knowledge of assembling butterfly chairs before making a purchase.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email or phone. After approval, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 5-7 days.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange for the same item, send us an email at and mail your item.
