 How long will it take to receive my order?

Because each product is handcrafted, orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow its journey. Shipping times vary based on your location, but most orders arrive within 5-7 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping! International delivery times and fees will vary depending on the destination. During checkout, you’ll be able to select your shipping options and view the cost.

 What is your return/exchange policy?

We want you to love your leather products! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return or exchange policy on most items. Please ensure the product is unused and in its original condition. Custom products are not eligible for return or exchange.  Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure fast shipping. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@theleatherfarm.com.
