The bag is great and looks nice and durable after one year of daily use. The only issue is the magnetic snaps, they are low quality and came off within firms month. When I reached out to company they reminded me of “To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.” I am not sure the 1 year is something they follow.
